Cameo sets itself the mission of providing highly skilled technical and project services for Enterprise Document Management, Knowledge management, Portal and Collaboration projects.

To act as a federator on the local market (Benelux and France) to bring together technology vendors and consultants in order to deliver added value to our respective customers.

Make our practical expertise on Document and Knowledge management available to guide companies in the definition or implementation process of an ECM project.

In 2007 Cameo has started exploring other markets by openening an office in Paris and starting projects in France, The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.

This could be achieved through a motivated and highly skilled team as well as confidence of trusted business partners.

Cameo Consulting was founded in 2004 by people with over 10 years experience in delivering quality business services in the ECM market space.

Over the last 3 years, the team has grown to a dozen of highly skilled ECM specialists, with each 10 to 15 years experience. They have a background by either one of the software editors or with solution integrators (e.g. Hummingbird –now Opentext-, Xerox GS or Logon SI)

Herafter some examples of projects we conducted:

Analysis and recommendations in the implementation of a new Document management System, including impact studies, functional requirements and technical specifications definitions (for instance at EUROCONTROL, Belgian Ministry of Social Affairs, AVN, …).

Complete development of a new information management system including analysis, development, testing and training once the application is in production (several customers including Arcelor Mittal and confidential ones).

Assistance to the migration of Open Text e-DOCS from version 5 to 6 or 5.1.05 to 5.2 (for instance Cuatrecasas, AVN, …).

Assistance to the operation and the evolution of a Document Management System including developing new features, in a Project Management or Developer role (KPMG, AVN, Komatsu Europe, EFTA General Secretariat, …).

Specific development of new features not included in the standard product such as in-house version management or secure access from the Internet (Entrepose Contracting, FDI Logbox, …).

Scanning and importing of large document collections into a modern Document Management System allowing easy access to the documents and their meta data (for instance at Arcelor Mittal HQ in Luxembourg).

Training and coaching for IT teams and end users in all components of a Document Management System (for instance EUROCONTROL, GIE Argos, Belgian Ministry of Social Affairs).

High volume business critical imaging application (Fedex).
